Role Description The Business Development Associate - Intern role is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru. The intern will support the business development team by identifying and qualifying leads, conducting market research, and assisting in outreach to prospective partners and clients. Daily responsibilities include preparing and delivering presentations, maintaining organized records of interactions and opportunities,



and contributing to the development of pitch materials and proposals.

The role also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to align business development activities with product and learning initiatives, and sharing insights gathered from the market and prospective customers.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Presentation Skills and experience creating and delivering effective Presentations.
- Candidates should possess Lead Generation capabilities, including identifying prospects and supporting outreach efforts.
- Candidates should possess Market Research skills to analyze trends, competitor activity, and customer needs.
- Candidates should possess transparent and professional Communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Relevant academic background in business, marketing, communications, or related fields is beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru, collaborate with teams, and manage tasks independently.
