Role Description The Business Development Associate and Content Creator is a full-time hybrid role based in Bhubaneswar, Odisha with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. In this role, the individual identifies and nurtures new business opportunities, supports client relationship management, and contributes to sales pipeline development through research, outreach, and follow-up communication. The position also involves creating clear, engaging content such as marketing copy, social media posts, presentations, and client-facing materials that support brand visibility and business growth.

Day-to-day tasks include coordinating with internal teams, preparing proposals and pitch materials, tracking business development metrics, and aligning content with strategic goals and IT service offerings.



The individual is expected to collaborate closely with leadership and technical teams to ensure that messaging accurately reflects ASSETMAGNETS’ solutions and value proposition.

Qualifications

- Business development and sales support skills, including lead generation, prospect outreach, client communication, and basic pipeline management.
- Content creation and writing abilities, such as crafting marketing copy, social media content, blogs, and presentations tailored to digital and IT audiences.
- Marketing and branding understanding, including digital marketing fundamentals, positioning, and audience-focused messaging.
- Research and analytical skills to study markets, competitors, client needs, and performance metrics for informed decision-making.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and present ideas clearly in spoken and written formats.
- Basic familiarity with IT services or technology solutions; prior experience in an IT or tech-focused environment is an advantage.
- Proficiency with productivity and collaboration tools (e.g., office suites, CRM platforms, project management tools) and comfort working in a hybrid setting.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
