Business Analyst - (CRM/Salesforce and ERP consulting Expertise)

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage complex digital transformation projects, from inception to implementation, ensuring alignment with client business objectives and strategic goals.
- Facilitate discovery workshops, stakeholder interviews, and focus groups to elicit, document, and validate business and functional requirements.
- Provide strategic consulting services, onering expert guidance on technology selection, process optimization, and change management.
- Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of Salesforce solutions (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, or relevant clouds based on business need).
- Lead end-to-end implementation and configuration of Salesforce (Sales,Service, Marketing Cloud) and ERP platforms (SAP or similar), including integrations between systems via APIs or middleware (MuleSoft, Boomi).
- Facilitate discovery workshops and stakeholder interviews to elicit, document, and validate requirements as BRDs, user stories, and process flow diagrams; conduct as-is / to-be gap analysis.
- Own project delivery end to end, managing scope, schedule, budget, risks, and stakeholder communication in Agile or Waterfall environments including UAT. Maintain project plans, RACI matrices, and executive status reports.
- Drive user adoption through training, change management support,



and clear documentation across business and field teams. Stay abreast of emerging digital technologies and industry trends to maintain a competitive edge and deliver cutting-edge solutions.

- Strong understanding on emerging business and technology trends. Must have broad understanding of industry verticals (Manufacturing, Logistics etc.) and technology areas
- Apply domain knowledge in supply chain and logistics, procurement, inventory, order management, warehousing, WMS/TMS, 3PL coordination, and demand forecasting — to design and configure technology solutions that fit operational realities

Education and Experience:

- B Tech + MBA
- Minimum 5-7 years of hands-on experience in managing digital transformation projects, with a proven track record of successful delivery.
- Experience working in a consulting environment is preferre
