Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Biomedical Engineer role based in New Delhi.

The Biomedical

Engineer will be responsible for overseeing the operational health of medical equipment, including installation support, routine inspections, and troubleshooting equipment issues in collaboration with hospital staff and service partners. The role involves performing and documenting preventive and corrective maintenance activities, ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards, and optimizing equipment uptime through proactive monitoring and coordination.

The Biomedical

Engineer will work closely with clinical teams to understand equipment usage, provide technical guidance,



and support data-driven decisions on equipment repair, replacement, and procurement. The role also includes interacting with vendors and OEM-authorized service providers, maintaining accurate asset records on the reMed.in platform, and contributing feedback to improve service workflows and technology solutions.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess solid skills in Biomedical Engineering and Clinical Engineering, with a solid understanding of hospital equipment workflows.
- Candidates should possess hands-on experience with Medical Equipment and Equipment Maintenance, including troubleshooting and repair of commonly used devices.
- Candidates should possess expertise in Preventive Maintenance, including scheduling, documentation, and adherence to safety and regulatory standards.
- Relevant skills in asset management, technical documentation, and using digital tools or platforms for equipment tracking are beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering, Clinical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with clinical staff, technicians, and service partners.
- Knowledge of hospital safety protocols, regulatory requirements, and OEM guidelines for medical devices is advantageous.
- Prior experience working in hospital settings, diagnostic centers, or with MedTech service providers is a plus.
