We’re Hiring: Back Office Compliance & Operations Manager*

Asiatic Stock & Securities Ltd: SEBI-registered, NSE & BSE member since 1994. We are building a technology-driven trading and investment platform, and we need a sharp operations skilled to keep our back office compliant and running well.

The Role

Own end-to-end back-office compliance and settlement operations. Ensure SEBI adherence, safety of client collateral, and smooth processing across the trade lifecycle.

What You’ll Do

Handle retention and segregation of client and prop funds

Monitor client fund segregation and collateral

Run margin reporting and compliance

Prepare short allocation reporting

Execute monthly and quarterly settlements

Run equity segment trade billing

Process auctions and close-outs

Manage client reporting and communication

Handle inspections and exchange compliances

Monitor, review,



and reply to all exchange-generated alerts with a comprehensive regulator-wise overview

Engage with regulators and exchanges

Prepare operational and MIS reports

Prepare and validate internal audit data

Coordinate across support functions

What You Bring

7+ years in compliance ,stock broking operations and bird eye view of stock broking firm

Strong Excel. Hands-on with Shilpi

- Deep knowledge of SEBI regulations, exchange circulars, and client segregation norms
