Role Description The B2B - Admission Outreach Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Mira Bhayandar. This position is responsible for developing and managing relationships with schools, colleges, training institutes, and industry partners to promote edept’s programs and admission offerings. The role includes planning and executing outreach campaigns, organizing information sessions and presentations, and coordinating admission-related activities with partner organizations.

The manager will track leads, maintain accurate records of outreach efforts, and collaborate with internal teams to align messaging, materials, and timelines.



Daily tasks involve meeting prospective partners, handling inquiries, preparing proposals, and reporting on outreach performance to leadership.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Public Relations skills to effectively engage with institutional partners and stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess solid Project Management abilities to plan, execute, and monitor outreach initiatives and admission campaigns.
- Candidates should possess Sales skills to identify opportunities, pitch edept’s programs, and convert institutional leads into active partnerships.
- Candidates should possess Community Outreach experience to build networks, represent edept at events, and expand institutional engagement.
- Relevant bachelor’s degree (such as Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field) or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience in education services, admissions, or B2B relationship management is highly beneficial.
- Strong organizational and reporting skills, with proficiency in basic office software and CRM tools.
- Ability to work on-site in Mira Bhayandar, travel locally for meetings and events, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
