Role Description The Astt Manager Tours role is an on-site position based in New Delhi.

The Astt

Manager will assist in planning and coordinating tour itineraries and costings including preparing travel schedules, confirming bookings, and supporting logistics across transport and accommodation. Day-to-day responsibilities include communicating with clients, understanding their requirements, and helping customize tours to match their preferences and budgets.



The role also involves liaising with local guides and service providers, maintaining accurate records, and supporting the resolution of any on-trip issues. This is a full time role designed to provide hands-on experience in tour operations and travel management.

Strong interest in travel, tourism, and hospitality, with a minimum of three years experience in a similar role .

Qualifications

- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and partners.
- Good organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple itineraries and tasks simultaneously.
- Basic proficiency in office software (e.g., MS Word, Excel, email tools) and comfort working with online booking platforms.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills to support accurate bookings and smooth travel experiences.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of any other languages is an advantage.
