Public Media Tech Foundation (PMTF) is looking for an enthusiastic and proactive Associate to support event planning, coordination, and execution.

? Who Can Apply?

- Candidates with 1–2 years of experience in event management.
- Freshers with a strong interest in event coordination and management are also welcome to apply.

? Location: Sector 4, Noida

? Key Responsibilities

- Assist in planning, organising, and executing events, workshops, and training programmes.
- Coordinate with participants, speakers, institutions, vendors, and other stakeholders.
- Manage event logistics, schedules, registrations, and on-ground arrangements.
- Take initiative and ensure tasks are completed smoothly and on time.




- Support the team in handling event-related communication and coordination.

? Requirements

- Strong communication skills in both English and Hindi.
- A proactive attitude with the ability to take initiative and responsibility.
- A presentable, professional personality and good interpersonal skills.
- Robust organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Willingness to travel approximately once a week, as required for events and workshops.
