Role Description

We are looking for a Real Estate Calling Executive with excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective clients, following up on leads, understanding client requirements, and scheduling meetings for the real estate advisory team.

The role involves communicating professionally with potential buyers, sellers, investors, and other stakeholders, sharing relevant property information, and maintaining consistent follow-ups to generate qualified leads and support business development. The candidate will also be responsible for maintaining lead records, updating the CRM, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure effective client engagement.

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram, requiring strong interpersonal skills, a professional telephone manner, and the ability to build positive client relationships.

Qualifications and Requirements

- Excellent English Communication: Strong verbal and written English skills, with the ability to communicate confidently and professionally over phone calls, email, and other communication channels.
- Calling and Lead Generation: Ability to make outbound calls, engage prospective clients, qualify leads, and generate business opportunities.
- Real Estate Knowledge: Basic understanding of the real estate sector, including property transactions,



buying, selling, leasing, and investment opportunities.
- Client Relationship Management: Ability to understand client requirements, handle queries, maintain follow-ups, and build skilled relationships.
- Sales and Persuasion Skills: Confidence in initiating conversations, presenting relevant opportunities, and encouraging prospective clients to schedule meetings.
- CRM and Record Management: Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, or CRM software to maintain accurate lead information, call records, and follow-up schedules.
- Professionalism and Attention to Detail: Ability to handle client information responsibly, maintain accurate records, and communicate with integrity.
- Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple leads, prioritize follow-ups, and coordinate effectively with the internal team.
- Work Location: Must be willing to work full-time from the Gurugram office.
- Educational Background: Graduate in any discipline, preferably in Business Administration, Commerce, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience: Prior experience in telecalling, inside sales, customer relationship management, or real estate is preferred. Freshers with excellent English communication and a willingness to learn may also be considered.
