About the Role

We are looking for a proactive, organized, and people-oriented Associate – HR & Administration to join our growing team.

The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of HR and administrative functions, payroll management, technical recruitment, and employee coordination. The candidate should also possess good technical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to effectively manage and coordinate teams.

Key Responsibilities & Requirements

- MBA in HR & Operations or a related field.
- Good understanding of HR policies, processes,



and administrative functions.
- Knowledge of payroll processing, salary coordination, attendance, leave management, and employee records.
- Experience or understanding of technical hiring and recruitment, including sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews for technical roles.
- Strong technical knowledge and proficiency in MS Office and related tools.
- Ability to handle and coordinate teams effectively.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Strong multitasking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Proactive, adaptable, and responsible approach.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced startup environment.
