Responsibilities

Prepare sector-focused newslettersPrepare parts of buy-side / sell-side pitch books, including credentials, investment highlights, industry overview, buyer / target identification and profilingExecute parts of valuation analysis using market approachAssist in preparing sections of Confidential Information Memorandums (CIMs), Management Presentations (MPs) and deal admin workstreamsPerform financial and operational benchmarkingPrepare databook and financial summary•Prepare parts of conference presentations

Qualifications

CA / CFA / MBA (Specialization in Finance & Investment Management)
