Job Summary The position is responsible for managing end-to-end employee lifecycle activities, HR operations, regulatory compliance, employee records, performance management and HR audits for the assigned SPAN. The role requires effective coordination with employees, department heads, institute leadership and the central HR team to ensure timely execution of HR processes and adherence to applicable statutory and organizational requirements.
Key Responsibilities
1.Employee Lifecycle Management:
Manage appointments, confirmations, promotions, training, exit formalities, grievances, and operational issues for employees in the assigned SPAN. Ensure smooth and timely execution of exit formalities for employees.Implement and compliance with rules and regulations set by regulatory authorities.
2.HR Audits:
Conduct HR audits for the assigned SPAN,
ensuring compliance and identifying areas for improvement.
3.HR Compliance:
Monitor and track compliance with legal and organizational standards within the SPAN.
4.Performance Reviews:
Oversee the timely completion of the annual performance review process for employees.
5.HR Records and Operations:
Maintain accurate HR records and ensure smooth HR operations.
6.Additional Responsibilities:
Perform any other HR-related tasks as assigned by management.
Educational Qualifications
- Master’s degree in human resource management, Personnel Management or a related discipline; or
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources from a recognized institution.
- A bachelor's degree with relevant HR qualifications and experience may also be considered, depending on organizational requirements.
