Role Description The Assistant Account Officer is a full-time, on-site role based in South Delhi. This role is responsible for supporting the finance and accounts team with day-to-day activities, including preparing and reviewing financial statements, assisting with bookkeeping, and managing invoicing and payment records. The position involves reconciling accounts, tracking expenses, and supporting budgeting and reporting processes.

Officer will coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to address account-related queries, ensure accurate documentation, and maintain compliance with company policies. The role also includes handling customer and vendor communication related to billing, payments, and account status.

Qualifications

- Solid foundation in finance and experience working with financial statements.
- Demonstrated analytical skills to interpret financial data and support decision-making.
- Customer service skills to manage client and vendor interactions professionally.
- Effective communication skills for collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and basic accounting software.
- Attention to detail, accuracy in record-keeping, and ability to meet deadlines.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or a related field preferred.
- Prior experience in an accounting or finance support role is an advantage.
