Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Jaipur for an Area Sales Manager or Sales Officer. The role involves managing and growing sales within the assigned territory, including identifying and onboarding recent distributors, retailers, and institutional buyers.

Responsibilities include achieving sales targets, monitoring market trends, conducting regular field visits, and maintaining strong relationships with key partners.



The role also requires coordinating with internal teams on pricing, promotions, stock availability, and order fulfillment.

The Area Sales

Manager or Sales Officer will prepare sales reports, track performance metrics, and provide market feedback to support strategic decision-making.

Qualifications

- Proven skills in territory management, channel development, and B2B sales within FMCG or food products.
- Strong abilities in negotiation, relationship building, and customer service to maintain and grow partner networks.
- Competence in sales forecasting, data analysis, and reporting using basic Excel or sales management tools.
- Knowledge of organic food, staples, spices, or related product categories is highly beneficial.
- Excellent communication skills in English and local languages, with the ability to present and close deals effectively.
- Self-motivated, target-driven approach with strong problem-solving and time management capabilities.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory and work from the field as required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred; relevant sales experience can substitute formal education.
- Prior experience as Area Sales Manager, Sales Officer, or similar role in Jaipur or Rajasthan market is an advantage.
