We are a Dubai-based company seeking an experienced Architectural Project Coordinator specialising in exterior 3D building visualisation to support our London-based client dealing in commercial property development and architectural projects.

Key Responsibilities

Produce realistic exterior 3D building renders from architectural drawings.

Coordinate with UK architects, planning consultants and construction project managers.

Maintain architectural plans,



documents and site photographs on Google Drive and Google Photos.

Requirements

Minimum 5–7 years of relevant experience.

Strong architectural 3D visualisation and computer skills.

Own computer and reliable high-speed internet.

Exclusive availability during UK working hours.

Willingness to travel to the UK and within India when required, at the company’s expense.

Freelance Remuneration

₹36,000 payable monthly.

₹48,000 loyalty bonus payable after completing 12 continuous months, subject to contract conditions.

- Total 12-month remuneration: ₹4,80,000, including the conditional loyalty bonus.
