Ryal Logistics is an IATA, FIATA, Custom Broker Licensed and AEO-certified freight forwarder, established in 1997. We specialise in pharma, dangerous goods, time critical shipments apart from handling general cargo by Air & Sea Freight.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and verify MAWB/HAWB, manifests, invoices and packing lists
- Prepare DG declarations under IATA DGR and check marking, labelling and packing
- Act as the main contact for customers on bookings, rates and shipment updates
- Handle offloads, delays and discrepancies, and resolve customer complaints promptly
- Close jobs and capture costs on time for accurate billing

Requirements





- Graduate; a logistics or EXIM certification is preferred
- 10+ years in air export documentation and customer service at a freight forwarder or CHA
- Strong knowledge of AWB rules, Indian Customs procedures and ICEGATE
- IATA DGR certification strongly preferred
- Familiarity with Chennai Air Cargo Complex procedures
- Good English & official communication skills
- Proficient in MS Excel, Outlook and freight forwarding software
- High attention to detail and the ability to work to tight cut-offs
