Role Description The AI & Learning Research Intern is a full-time remote role responsible for supporting the design and enhancement of Omrivya’s learning experiences through research-driven insights. In this role, the intern will analyze learner behavior and outcomes, gather and interpret data on course performance, and identify opportunities to improve engagement and employability outcomes. The intern will collaborate with learning designers, product teams, and subject matter experts to research AI-driven learning methods, recommend content improvements, and assist in testing new features or learning interventions.
Daily tasks may include conducting literature reviews on AI in education, preparing research summaries, documenting findings,
contributing to internal reports, and supporting the development of data-informed learning strategies. The intern will also help ensure that learning content and programs align with Omrivya’s mission of accessible, impactful upskilling.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess skills in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management to support research related to learner development, talent pipelines, and employability outcomes.
- Candidates should possess robust Analytical Skills to interpret learner data, assess program effectiveness, and generate actionable insights for AI-driven learning initiatives.
- Candidates should possess familiarity with Benefits Administration and Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) to understand how learning and development integrate with broader people systems and structures.
- Strong interest in AI, learning technologies, and EdTech, with the ability to synthesize research on emerging tools and methodologies.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present complex findings in clear, concise formats.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage time effectively, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Currently pursuing or having completed a degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Education, Data Science, Business, or a related field is preferred.
- Prior exposure to research methods, data analysis tools, or learning design is an advantage.
