About the Engagement

We are seeking an experienced Corporate Trainer to deliver a hands-on AI Developer training program in Hyderabad. The program covers programming fundamentals, machine learning, Generative AI, and enterprise agentic AI application development.

The ideal trainer will combine strong technical expertise with explicit communication and the ability to guide participants through coding exercises, practical use cases, assessments, and a capstone project.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver instructor-led classroom training aligned with the provided 30-day curriculum.
- Explain technical concepts clearly through live demonstrations and practical examples.
- Conduct hands-on labs, coding exercises, and troubleshooting sessions.
- Guide participants in building AI applications using APIs, RAG pipelines, vector databases, and agentic workflows.
- Support sprint evaluations, review assignments, and provide actionable feedback.
- Mentor participants through the Enterprise GenAI Assistant capstone project.
- Coordinate with the training team on session planning, learner progress, and curriculum coverage.

Technical Coverage The trainer should be comfortable delivering the following curriculum:
- Programming and Databases: Python, advanced Python, SQL, PostgreSQL, and Git.
- Data and Machine Learning: Data engineering fundamentals, NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn, machine learning, NLP, and deep learning.
- Generative AI: LLM fundamentals,



prompt engineering, embeddings, and responsible AI.
- RAG and Vector Search: Document ingestion, chunking, retrieval, FAISS, and ChromaDB.
- AI Frameworks and Agents: LangChain, LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, Model Context Protocol (MCP), and multi-agent workflows.
- Application Development: FastAPI, REST APIs, and HTML, CSS, and JavaScript fundamentals.
- Cloud AI: Azure, AWS, and Google Cloud fundamentals, Azure AI Foundry, and Azure AI Search.
- Engineering Practices: AI-assisted SDLC, testing, evaluation, observability, security, and deployment fundamentals.

Candidate Requirements

- Minimum 8 years of training experience, with relevant expertise in AI development.
- Demonstrated experience delivering technical training for corporate audiences.
- Practical experience building and explaining AI/GenAI applications.
- Strong spoken English, presentation skills, and classroom management abilities.
- Ability to support participants with different levels of technical understanding.
- Based in Hyderabad and available for offline delivery throughout the engagement, starting 30 October 2026.
