Role Description The Agentic AI Trainer is a full-time remote role focused on designing, delivering, and refining AI-driven learning experiences for Nova Skills learners. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing curricula and training materials for agentic AI tools, creating project-based learning modules, and recording or hosting live training sessions and workshops. The role involves assessing learner performance, providing individualized feedback, and iterating on course content based on learner outcomes and industry trends.

The trainer will collaborate with mentors and instructional designers to ensure content is accurate, accessible, and aligned with real-world applications of AI in digital marketing, development, and other relevant fields. Additional responsibilities include staying current with emerging AI technologies, suggesting platform improvements, and contributing to community engagement through Q&A; sessions, forums,



and office hours.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in AI concepts and tools, including practical experience with agentic AI systems, prompt engineering, and applied machine learning in real-world projects.
- Candidates should possess instructional design and training skills, such as curriculum development, learning path design, and the ability to translate complex technical topics into transparent, structured learning content.
- Candidates should possess facilitation and communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication, workshop or webinar delivery, and the ability to provide constructive, actionable feedback to diverse learners.
- Candidates should possess digital and technical literacy, including familiarity with online learning platforms, collaborative tools, and basic understanding of related domains such as digital marketing, SEO, or software development.
- Candidates should possess strong organizational and analytical skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects, track learner progress with data, and iteratively improve training programs based on performance metrics.
- Experience in education, corporate training, or mentoring in technology or AI-related fields is beneficial, along with a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in computer science, data science, education, or a related discipline.
- Prior remote work experience, a learner-centric mindset, and a commitment to inclusive, non-discriminatory training practices are highly valued.
