Role Description The Affiliate Marketing Specialist is a full-time remote role responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing affiliate marketing campaigns to drive client growth. Day-to-day activities include identifying and onboarding new affiliates, managing existing affiliate relationships, and monitoring campaign performance across digital channels. The specialist will track key metrics, analyze campaign data,



and recommend improvements to increase traffic, conversions, and return on investment.

This role also involves collaborating with internal consultants to align affiliate strategies with overall business development and promotional plans, preparing performance reports, and ensuring affiliates comply with brand and regulatory guidelines.

- Candidate should possess strong Affiliate Marketing and Online Marketing skills.
- Candidate should possess solid Digital Marketing and Marketing skills.
- Candidate should possess clear and professional Communication skills.
- Candidate should possess analytical skills for campaign tracking, reporting, and optimization.
- Relevant experience in managing affiliate programs or performance-based marketing campaigns.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with affiliate networks, tracking tools, and basic data analysis (e.g., spreadsheets, dashboards).
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
