Future Varsity has been in education for more than two decades. We offer career-oriented undergraduate, postgraduate and diploma programmes, designed and delivered with partner institutions across Mumbai, Delhi, Ahmedabad and Jaipur. Today we have 7,500 current students, 2,000+ industry placements and 3,500+ industry collaborators. Future Varsity also runs its own in-house agency.

The role

Future Varsity runs its own in-house agency, and you will run it end to end, like its CEO: the team, the work, the clients, the budgets and the quality. This is an operator's job first. You make the agency run; marketing craft on the team supports you, not the other way round.

What you will own

- The agency end to end: planning, people, delivery and results
- Every project from brief to final delivery, on time and at the quality bar
- Budgets and the agency's P&L;: costs, pricing of work, and where money goes
- Building and leading the team across performance marketing, content, design and video
- Agency processes: briefs, scopes of work, timelines, reviews and reporting
- Client servicing: working with Future Varsity's brands and leadership the way an agency works with its clients
- Hiring, freelancers and vendor partners when extra hands are needed

Who we are looking for
- Someone who has run agency work, not only done it:



a project manager, account lead or operations lead at a marketing, creative or digital agency
- Experience at an integrated agency like Schbang is a solid plus
- Has managed multi-disciplinary teams across performance, content and design, and delivered campaigns end to end
- Strong on process, timelines and budgets; calm when many projects run at once
- A builder who wants to set up an agency's way of working, not inherit one
