- Explain course details, eligibility criteria, admission procedures, and fee structures.
- Generate and follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
- Convert prospective students into successful admissions by providing accurate information and timely assistance.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with interested candidates and ensure a smooth admission process.
- Maintain records of leads, conversations, and admission status.
- Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly admission targets.
Requirements
- Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of sales, counselling,
or customer relationship management.
- Ability to handle student queries and build positive relationships.
- Target-oriented approach with a willingness to learn.
