ARDEM Data Services Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Analyst with proven experience in US Accounting and prior US shift experience to join our growing Finance & Accounting team.

? POSITION AT A GLANCE

? Position: Accounts Payable Analyst

? Experience: 3–5 Years in Accounts Payable

? US Accounting Experience: Mandatory

? Previous US Shift Experience: Mandatory

? Work Location: 100% Remote | India

? Shift: Permanent Night Shift aligned with US business hours

? Joining: Immediate joiners preferred

? Qualification: B.Com or equivalent degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce

? WHAT YOU'LL DO

✅ Process and validate PO, Non-PO, and specialized invoices

✅ Perform 2-way and 3-way invoice matching

✅ Identify duplicate invoices and resolve invoice discrepancies

✅ Manage invoice queues, aging, backlog, approvals, and exceptions

✅ Handle AP mailboxes, vendor queries, and invoice/payment status requests

✅ Perform supplier statement reconciliations and open-item cleanup

✅ Support payment proposals, payment holds, credits, and payment exceptions

✅ Assist with month-end closing, accruals, cutoff activities, and AP reporting

✅ Coordinate with vendors, procurement, receiving teams, and Finance stakeholders

✅ Maintain compliance with client SOPs, internal controls, and quality standards

? THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

We are looking for professionals who bring:

✔ 3–5 years of hands-on Accounts Payable experience

✔ Mandatory working experience in US Accounting processes





✔ Mandatory previous experience working in the US night shift

✔ Solid knowledge of invoice processing, PO/Non-PO invoices, matching, and reconciliations

✔ Experience with ERP/accounting systems and AP workflow platforms

✔ Good MS Excel skills and strong analytical abilities

✔ Excellent communication, problem-solving, and vendor-handling skills

✔ The ability to work independently in a remote environment

? Windows Laptop/Desktop

- Windows 10/11
- Intel Core i5, 8th Gen or later
- Minimum 8 GB RAM, 16 GB preferred
- 14-inch Full HD display or equivalent recommended

? Internet Connectivity

- Dedicated broadband connection with a minimum speed of 100 Mbps
- Stable connectivity suitable for full-time remote operations
