Role Description The ADL Manager is a full time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad, responsible for managing and overseeing Analytical Development Laboratory activities. This role includes planning, supervising, and reviewing analytical method development and validation for pharmaceutical products, ensuring adherence to regulatory and cGMP requirements. The ADL Manager will coordinate with formulation, production, and quality teams, monitor laboratory workflows, and ensure timely completion of projects and studies.

Responsibilities also include maintaining laboratory documentation,



supporting audits and inspections, implementing continuous improvement initiatives, and training and mentoring laboratory staff. The ADL Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams to support tech transfer, stability studies, and product registration activities.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong expertise in analytical method development, validation, and stability study management within pharmaceutical or CDMO environments.
- Candidates should possess skills in managing laboratory operations, including workflow planning, resource allocation, and oversight of instrumentation and equipment maintenance.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of cGMP, regulatory guidelines (e.g., WHO-GMP, USFDA, EU-GMP), and documentation practices for audits, product registration, and quality systems.
- Candidates should possess abilities in cross-functional collaboration, team leadership, staff training, and performance monitoring in a laboratory setting.
- Candidates should possess strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and proficiency with relevant analytical tools and software.
- Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, or a related scientific discipline is preferred; prior experience in analytical development or quality control in the pharmaceutical industry is highly beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site in Ahmedabad, adapt to dynamic project needs, and communicate effectively in written and spoken English.
