Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Working Hours: 10:30 AM – 7:00 PM

About RoopkalaRoopkala is a fashion retail brand focused on bringing together traditional elegance and up-to-date style. We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accounts Executive to join our team and manage day-to-day accounting operations efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain daily accounting records, vouchers, invoices, and financial entries.
- Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Manage purchase and sales entries, billing, and invoice verification.
- Perform bank reconciliations and maintain accurate financial records.
- Track expenses, payments, outstanding balances, and vendor accounts.
- Assist with GST-related documentation, TDS, and other statutory compliance requirements.
- Maintain and update accounting books and financial statements.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external parties regarding payments and account-related queries.




- Assist in monthly closing, reporting, and other accounting activities as required.
- Ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and timely completion of all assigned tasks.

Requirements
- Relevant experience in accounting or a similar role.
- Good knowledge of accounting principles, GST, TDS, and basic taxation.
- Proficiency in Tally and MS Excel.
- Strong numerical, analytical, and organisational skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- A responsible, qualified, and systematic approach to work.
