About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accounts Manager with 3–4 years of experience in managing both Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP). The ideal candidate should be proficient in maintaining financial records, managing client collections and vendor payments, handling reconciliations, and ensuring smooth day-to-day accounting operations.

Key Responsibilities

Accounts Receivable (AR)

- Manage client invoicing, billing, and payment follow-ups.
- Monitor outstanding receivables and ensure timely collections.
- Maintain customer ledgers and track overdue payments.
- Reconcile client accounts and resolve billing discrepancies.

Accounts Payable (AP)

- Process vendor invoices and verify supporting documents.
- Manage vendor payments and maintain payment schedules.
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate records of expenses and outstanding payables.

General Accounting & Reporting

- Maintain books of accounts and ensure accurate financial entries.
- Perform bank, client, and vendor reconciliations.




- Assist with monthly closing and preparation of financial reports.
- Coordinate with internal teams for invoices, approvals, and payment documentation.
- Support GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance requirements.
- Maintain proper documentation and accounting records.
- Assist in audits and provide financial data whenever required.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or a related field.
- 3–4 years of relevant experience in accounting, covering both receivables and payables.
- Working knowledge of GST, TDS, invoicing, and reconciliations.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software such as Tally, Zoho Books, or similar tools.
- Solid attention to detail, organisational skills, and numerical accuracy.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.

Preferred Candidate A hands-on accounting professional who can independently manage day-to-day receivables and payables, maintain accurate financial records, and ensure timely collections and payments.
