Egis - About the Role - Coordination :Coordinate with In house architects & design team. Resolve Contractor queries. Interact with MEP Engineer of contractors to integrate systems.
Budget & Scheduling :Manage estimates durations for activity, manpower requirements, and timelines.
Contractor Oversight : Direct and supervise contractors works during installation.
Quality Control :Conduct site inspections and testing to ensure work quality. Approval of Supplier & Materials as per specifications in coordination with Design team.
Troubleshooting : Resolve issues and unexpected problems in office.
System Testing : Oversee installation, commissioning, and testing of all HVAC systems.
Documentation : Prepare technical reports, specifications, and manuals
Safety : Implement and monitor safety protocols.
