Responsibilities :

- Interact with customers , conduct site surveys, and recommend suitable solar solutions
- Demonstrate robust technical knowledge of solar panels, inverters, cables, MCBs, earthing systems, and related components
- Handle KSEB documentation and coordinate liaison activities for the PM Surya Ghar subsidy scheme
- Maintain regular follow-ups with customers and stakeholders
- Plan, schedule, and execute projects ensuring quality, timelines

Skills & Qualifications :

- B.Tech / B.E. in Electrical or Electronics , or Diploma / ITI in Electrical :

- Prior experience in Solar or related fields (inverters, ELV systems, CCTV, automation, etc.) preferred

- Fresher BTech/Diploma Engineers can also apply

Compensation :

- Salary + Performance Incentives + Travel Allowance (TA) + Bonus

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month
