Job Title: Site Engineer Company : Roswalt Buildcon Private Limited Locations : Jogeshwari, Chembur, Charni Road, Versova, Mumbai Industry : Construction - High-Rise Residential Buildings Joining : Immediate Joiners Preferred

Key Responsibilities :

- Supervise and monitor day-to-day site execution activities.
- Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and project teams.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
- Conduct site inspections and maintain quality and safety standards.
- Verify measurements, quantities, and work completion status.
- Prepare daily progress reports and maintain site records.
- Coordinate material requirements and site logistics.
- Resolve site-related technical issues and provide practical solutions.

Requirements :

- Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- 2-8 years of experience in high-rise residential building projects.
- Good knowledge of construction methods, RCC work, finishing activities,



and site management.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic reporting.
- Experience in high-rise residential construction projects.
- Immediate joiners will be given preference.

Job Types : Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
