We are a growing Civil Contracting Firm specialized in Public Works Projects and are looking for a dedicated, experienced, and professional Site Engineer to join our team.
Key Responsibilities :
- Supervise and manage day-to-day construction activities at project sites.
- Plan upcoming activities, prepare execution strategies, and arrange necessary resources for smooth project progress.
- Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and workforce to achieve project targets.
- Independently handle site-related issues and provide effective technical solutions.
- Monitor quality of workmanship and materials as per project specifications.
- Carry out basic Quantity Surveying (QS) and measurement works.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, departmental correspondence, and site records.
- Prepare and submit Daily Progress Reports (DPR), including updates on work progress, labour deployment, materials, and measurements.
- Maintain proper communication and coordination with local communities and stakeholders around project areas.
- Ensure timely execution of works under effective site leadership.
Requirements :
- Diploma / Degree in Civil Engineering.
- Experience in multi-storied building construction and public works projects preferred.
- Basic knowledge of Quantity Surveying (QS) and project measurements.
- Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
- Ability to independently manage labour teams and site execution activities.
- Problem-solving attitude with strong responsibility and commitment towards assigned works.
- Willingness to travel or relocate based on project requirements.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
