- Execute and manage turnkey projects independently or with mínimal guidance
- Oversee day-to-day site activities, ensuring quality and timely completion
- Take accurate site measurements and prepare detailed quantity take-offs (metric-wise)
- Prepare and manage client billing based on work progress and measurements
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal teams
- Ensure adherence to project specifications, safety standards, and timelines
- Travel to project sites as required
- Should be able to do rate analysis.
Required Skills & Qualifications :
- Proven experience as a Site Engineer in construction/interior/turnkey projects
- Strong knowledge of site measurement and billing processes
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Willingness to travel frequently for site work
- Prior experience working on government projects is mandatory
- Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
- Based in Mumbai or willing to travel.
