Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic Sales Engineer who can combine technical understanding with strong sales skills to drive PEB project acquisition.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and develop leads for PEB/industrial building projects
- Meet architects, consultants, contractors, and industrial clients
- Understand client requirements and propose suitable PEB solutions
- Coordinate with design and estimation teams for BOQ and proposals
- Prepare techno-commercial offers and follow up for closures
- Maintain solid client relationships and repeat business
- Update CRM regularly with lead status and follow-ups
Requirements :
- Degree/Diploma in Civil / Mechanical Engineering
- 2+ years experience in PEB / steel / construction sales (preferred)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Basic understanding of drawings, BOQ, and costing
- Willingness to travel for client meetings
