Core Responsibilities

Backend Engineering

- Design and build scalable backend services using Node.js and TypeScript
- Architect REST APIs, GraphQL services, and event-driven systems
- Build high-performance distributed systems capable of handling large-scale workloads
- Implement async processing pipelines using queues and messaging systems
- Optimize backend latency, throughput, and reliability

System Design & Scalability

- Design scalable microservices architectures
- Solve production bottlenecks involving APIs, databases, queues, and infrastructure
- Improve performance through caching, indexing, partitioning, and query optimization
- Build resilient systems with retries, idempotency, monitoring, and observability

AI & Intelligent Workflows





- Work on AI-driven workflows, orchestration systems, and automation pipelines
- Integrate LLM-powered systems into backend products
- Build scalable backend foundations for AI-enabled products
- Collaborate on future-ready AI engineering initiatives

Cloud & Infrastructure

- Work with CI/CD pipelines and containerized deployments
- Contribute to infrastructure reliability, monitoring, and operational excellence
- Participate in production incident debugging and root-cause analysis

Required Technical Skills

Strong Backend Fundamentals
