About the Role : Responsibilities : Technical Leadership :

- Lead the design and development of AI/ML solutions and intelligent automation systems.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to AI engineers and developers.
- Conduct architecture reviews, code reviews, and technical evaluations.
- Ensure adoption of best practices in coding and app development.

AI Solution Development :

- Develop AI-powered solutions such as chatbots, recommendation engines, NLP systems, and predictive analytics models.
- Build scalable AI APIs and production-ready AI systems.

Innovation & Research :

- Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI, Machine Learning, and Generative AI technologies.
- Evaluate current tools, frameworks, and technologies to enhance AI capabilities within the organization.
- Contribute to internal AI initiatives and innovation projects.





Required Experience/Qualification :

- Overall 5-8 years of experience in AI/ML development including minimum 2+ years in a Technical Lead / Senior Engineer role.
- Experience in leading or mentoring a team of engineers.
- Background in service-based or product engineering companies preferred.

Required Skills :

- Experience working with Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Experience with Lang Chain, Llama Index, or similar AI orchestration frameworks.
- Strong knowledge of Natural Language Processing (NLP).
- Familiarity with vector databases, embeddings, and RAG architectures.
- Working knowledge of Full Stack development.

Pay: ₹2,500,000.00 - ₹3,500,000.00 per year
