1) Job Summary : We are looking for an experienced Site Supervisor (Civil) to supervise day-to-day construction activities at road and other civil project sites. The role ensures work is executed as per drawings, quality standards, safety norms, and project timelines.
2) Duties & Responsibilities :
- Supervise daily site activities and workforce
- Ensure work execution as per drawings and instructions
- Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, and labor teams
- Monitor quality of work and safety compliance at site
- Maintain daily site reports and work progress records
- Ensure proper use of materials, tools, and machinery
- Report site issues, delays, and material requirements to engineers
- Assist engineers in measurements and site coordination
- Ensure housekeeping and discipline at site
3) Requirements :
- Experience: Minimum 2 to 5 years as Site Supervisor in Civil
- Good knowledge of civil construction activities
- Ability to read drawings and site instructions
- Experience in handling labor and subcontractors
- Strong coordination and communication skills
4) Education : Education :
- ITI / Diploma in Civil Engineering (preferred)
