Job Title : Electrical Motor Design Engineer (EV - 2W/3W Applications) Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

- Perform electromagnetic (E-Mag) design and analysis using FE tools

- Develop and optimize motor designs for performance, efficiency, torque, and thermal limits

- Work on motor technologies including PMSM, BLDC, SRM, and Induction Motors :

- Support prototype development, testing, validation, and design iterations

- Collaborate with mechanical, thermal, and power electronics teams

- Analyze design trade-offs and support cost, manufacturability, and reliability goals

- Prepare design documentation and technical reports

Required Skills & Experience

- Minimum 4 years of motor design experience in the electric motor industry :





- Solid experience in electrical machine design and EV drivetrain systems :

- Hands-on experience with FE tools for electromagnetic design , such as:

- Ansys Motor-CAD :

- Ansys Maxwell (2D/3D) :

- SPEED software :

- Domain expertise in PMSM, BLDC, SRM, and Induction Motor design and development : Education & Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (required)

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year

Experience :

- Electric Motor Industry : 5 years (preferred)
- Motors design: 4 years (preferred)
