Job Summary

L3 should have overall 10+ years of experience & 5+ years of experience in Microsoft Teams, - MS Teams expert who can conduct “as Is” studies of existing requirements, design future state solutions and help to transform the UCC solution around MS Teams. - Design and implement call routes and voice plans for Teams voice. - Implementation & support experience specifically in the area of O365, MS Teams, Enterprise Voice, Conferencing solution & ability to interact with the client to understand business requirement which will be both functional and technical - Desire to be hands-on and in the field of designing and implementing the MS Teams/Skype Solution. - OneDrive, SharePoint administration - Troubleshoot Teams client issues. - Troubleshoot meeting creation and scheduling issues. - Enable users for Microsoft Teams Phone Enable users for Direct Routing Enable per-user calling features Plan and design a Microsoft Teams PSTN solution Configure Phone policies Configure auto attendants and call queues Design network infrastructure for optimal Microsoft Teams Phone performance Extend a Direct Routing infrastructure Monitor Microsoft Teams Phone Monitor and troubleshoot Microsoft Teams clients and devices Troubleshoot Direct Routing connectivity - Develop automation solutions leveraging Microsoft Teams and PowerShell/Graph APi scripting to address customer problem statements. - Plan and test the AV features and the respective platform with hardware/software upgrades. - Can go for upgrade of devices on requirement & provide plan to customer. - Power BI knowledge for Teams CQD - Ability to think on a multi-site enterprise level; Cloud solution, eCDN based solutions etc.,

Skill Requirements





Support for Videoconferencing platform and experience including operation, call set-up and equipment troubleshooting (Poly, Polycom, MS-Teams Live etc.) - Solid administration and analytical skills focused on Office 365 and MS Teams - Understanding of Cloud/hosting PSTN solution - Knowledge of Microsoft Teams Endpoints & Physical Phone OEMs (AudioCodes) - Proven experience as a UC&C; Engineer with expertise in Teams MTR devices (Poly, Neat, Creston, Logitech, etc.). - Solid understanding of Unified Communications, Networks, and Teams. - Demonstrated ability to convert customer problem statements into effective IT solutions. - Experience in developing automation solutions using Azure Functions and PowerShell scripting. - Hands-on experience in implementing call routes and voice plans for Teams voice. - Familiarity with MTR technologies such as Poly, Neat, Creston, Logitech, and their integration processes. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. - Relevant certifications in Unified Communications or related fields are a plus. - Webcasting and Live Event Support ( >1k user ) - MS Teams - Live Events, MS Stream - Video on Demand, eCDN, Conferencing Solutions - Room Peripheral Integration i.e. Biamp’s, Speakers, Mixer, Controllers etc.
