Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

- Drawing & Layout Interpretation :

- Read and understand electrical drawings, layouts, and schematics.

- Plan and execute electrical work as per project requirements.

- Site Supervision :

- Handle and manage a team of approximately 10 electricians / helpers on site.

- Allocate tasks, monitor progress, and ensure timely completion of work.

- Leadership & Coordination :

- Lead the team effectively and motivate manpower.

- Coordinate with project engineers and management for smooth workflow.

- Learn and adapt to new phases of work and project requirements.

- Safety & Compliance :

- Ensure strict adherence to industrial safety rules and company guidelines.

- Conduct toolbox talks and safety briefings for the team.





- Report unsafe practices or hazards immediately.

Skills & Requirements

- Diploma / ITI/B.Tech electrical in electrical discipline.
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in electrical site work.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and layouts.
- Strong leadership skills to manage a team of 10 manpower.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to safety and compliance with industrial standards.
