QA Manual Engineer

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

- Analyze requirements and functional specifications to understand testing scope

- Design, write, and execute manual test cases and test scenarios

- Perform different types of testing such as:

- Functional testing

- Regression testing

- Smoke testing

- Sanity testing

- UI/UX testing

- Identify, document, and track bugs using defect tracking tools

- Verify bug fixes and perform re-testing

- Collaborate with developers, product managers, and QA team members

- Prepare test reports and share test results with stakeholders

- Ensure software meets quality standards before release

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Basic to solid understanding of Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) :

- Knowledge of SDLC and QA methodologies





- Experience in writing test cases, test scenarios, and test plans :

- Familiarity with bug tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, Bugzilla, Azure DevOps)

- Good analytical and problem-solving skills

- Strong attention to detail

- Good communication and documentation skills

Preferred Skills (Optional)

- Knowledge of SQL basics :

- Basic understanding of API testing (Postman, Swagger)

- Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodology :

- Basic knowledge of automation tools (Selenium) is a plus

Job Type : Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.56 - ₹25,000.68 per month
