Job Title : Site Supervisor Experience : 1-2 Years Location : Lucknow

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise daily construction activities at the site.
- Ensure work is carried out as per drawings, plans, and specifications .
- Monitor quality of materials and workmanship .
- Coordinate with contractors, laborers, and engineers for smooth workflow.
- Maintain site records, daily progress reports, and material usage .
- Ensure safety standards and compliance at the site.
- Report project progress and issues to the Project Manager/Engineer .
- Assist in site measurements and inspections .

Requirements :

- Diploma in Civil Engineering .
- 1-2 years of experience in construction site supervision.
- Basic knowledge of construction methods, materials, and site management .
- Ability to handle site labor and coordinate with teams .
- Valuable communication and problem-solving skills .

Preferred Skills

- Knowledge of AutoCAD or basic drawings interpretation .
- Ability to maintain documentation and site reports .
- Willingness to work on-site and travel if required .

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
