Job Title: Site Store Keeper / Store Incharge (Construction)Location : Sarjapur / Billapura, Bengaluru Company : Jankal Groups About the Role

We are looking for a Site Store Keeper to manage all material-related activities at the construction site. The role involves inventory control, material tracking, inward/outward management, and coordination with site teams to ensure smooth execution without delays or wastage.

Key Responsibilities1. Material Inward & Verification

- Receive and verify materials as per purchase orders and delivery challans
- Check quantity, quality, and specifications before acceptance
- Maintain proper inward records and documentation

2. Inventory Management

- Maintain accurate stock records (cement, steel, blocks, finishing materials, etc.)
- Track daily consumption and balance stock
- Ensure proper storage and handling of materials

3. Material Issue & Control

- Issue materials only against proper authorization
- Maintain outward register and track usage
- Prevent wastage, theft, and misuse of materials

4. Coordination with Site Team

- Coordinate with site engineers and supervisors for material requirements
- Ensure timely availability of materials to avoid work delays
- Inform management about low stock levels in advance

5. Documentation & Reporting

- Maintain all registers (inward, outward, stock, material reconciliation)




- Prepare daily/weekly stock reports
- Assist in material audits and stock verification

6. Site Organization & Safety

- Ensure proper stacking and labeling of materials
- Maintain cleanliness and safety in the store area
- Follow safety norms for storage (especially cement, steel, chemicals)

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Education : Diploma / Any Graduate (preferred)
- Experience : 2-5 years in construction site store management

Technical Skills

- Knowledge of construction materials (cement, steel, aggregates, finishing items)
- Basic understanding of site requirements and material usage

Software Skills

- MS Excel (basic to intermediate)
- Experience in ERP systems (preferred but not mandatory)

- Experience in residential apartment projects
- Ability to manage site store independently
