Experience : Minimum 2 to 3 years in logistics firm
Job Description:
- Hire drivers as per operational requirements.
- Track vehicles through GPS and ensure timely planning and execution of shipments.
- Coordinate with the sales team to arrange drivers and vehicles as needed.
- Supervise online allocation, loading, unloading, and overall movement of shipments.
- Maintain logs, LR copies, and accurate records of all executed orders.
- Enter and update shipment details in the logistics system for smooth processing.
- Calculate and record shipment details such as weight, quantity, destination, and charges.
- Handle route planning, vehicle tracking, and driver trip settlements.
- Support smooth operational flow by ensuring timely documentation and coordination.
