We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Traffic Executive to manage day-to-day transportation operations, ensure timely vehicle movement, and coordinate effectively with drivers, branches, and clients. The role requires strong coordination skills and knowledge of logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities :

- Plan and manage vehicle movement across routes to ensure timely pickups and deliveries
- Coordinate with drivers for dispatch, transit updates, and issue resolution
- Monitor vehicle tracking and ensure adherence to schedules
- Arrange vehicles based on load requirements and availability
- Handle route planning and optimize trips to reduce transit time and cost
- Coordinate with branches and clients for smooth cargo movement
- Manage return loads to avoid empty trips and maximize utilization




- Maintain daily trip records, vehicle logs, and movement reports
- Address operational issues such as delays, breakdowns, or route deviations
- Ensure compliance with transport regulations and company policies

Requirements :

- 2-4 years of experience in logistics/transport operations
- Strong knowledge of route planning and vehicle coordination
- Valuable communication and coordination skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure
- Willingness to travel if required

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
