- Monitor and manage daily incoming orders.
- Pack shipments carefully and prepare them for dispatch.
- Call customers to confirm shipment details before dispatch.
- Coordinate and dispatch orders through courier partners and call the customer to verify in case of any RTO.
- Manage and operate Uniware software for order and inventory processing.
- Handle and process incoming returns.
- Maintain proper records of shipments, returns, and stock.
- Ensure smooth daily warehouse operations.
- Understand the workflow and gradually manage warehouse operations independently.
Requirements :
- Basic knowledge of warehouse operations and order fulfillment.
- Ability to use or learn Uniware software .
- Valuable communication skills for customer calls.
- Organized, responsible, and detail-oriented.
- Ability to work independently and manage tasks efficiently.
Preferred :
- Previous experience in warehouse management or e-commerce operations.
- Familiarity with order management systems like Uniware.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
