We are looking for a MOOWR Compliance Associate to manage and support compliance activities under the Customs Act
- Manufacturing and Other Operations in Warehouse Regulations. The role involves handling end-to-end regulatory requirements, documentation, and coordination with customs authorities.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage compliance under MOOWR scheme, including licensing and post-approval requirements
- Handle bond execution, warehouse code generation, and related procedures
- Ensure timely filing of returns and maintenance of statutory records
- Coordinate with customs authorities for approvals, audits, and inspections
- Assist in Bill of Entry processes and ensure correct duty compliance
- Support clients/internal teams on regulatory clarifications and procedural guidance
- Monitor changes in customs laws and assess impact on MOOWR operations
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience in handling documentation and regulatory filings
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel and documentation tools
Preferred Qualifications
- LLB Graduate
