Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Dispatch Executive to manage day-to-day dispatch operations from our Nangli Puna facility. The role involves coordinating with production, warehouse, transporters, and customers to ensure timely and accurate dispatch of finished goods.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and execute daily dispatch schedules as per sales and production plans
- Prepare dispatch documents: invoice, challan, e-way bill, packing list, LR, etc.
- Coordinate with transporters and ensure timely vehicle placement
- Verify material quantity, packing,



and labeling before dispatch
- Update dispatch details in ERP / Excel and maintain records
- Track dispatched material and follow up for POD
- Coordinate with warehouse for loading/unloading activities
- Ensure compliance with company policies and safety norms
- Handle customer coordination for dispatch-related queries
- Maintain dispatch MIS (daily / weekly reports)

Job Type : Permanent

Pay: ₹11,957.76 - ₹30,000.00 per month
