Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and responsible E-Commerce Executive to manage day-to-day marketplace operations on Amazon and Flipkart . The role focuses on order processing, packing, FBA/FBF shipment handling, inventory management, returns inspection, claims processing, and marketplace portal operations to ensure smooth and accurate order fulfillment.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily orders on Amazon Seller Central and Flipkart Seller Hub :

- Process marketplace orders accurately and in a timely manner

- Oversee physical packing of products as per Amazon / Flipkart packaging guidelines :

- Ensure products are packed securely to avoid damage during transit

- Create, label, and manage FBA / FBF bulk shipments for Amazon and Flipkart warehouses

- Handle the complete shipment process from portal entry to physical box packing :

- Maintain 100% accurate stock records across physical warehouse stock and online marketplace portals

- Ensure physical inventory matches portal inventory at all times

- Perform stock reconciliation and update inventory as required





- Open, inspect, and verify returned packages including RTO / DTO / damaged returns :

- Segregate saleable stock from damaged or unsellable stock

- File claims for damaged, lost, or return-related discrepancies

- Prepare stock, sales, returns, and operational reports using Microsoft Excel :

- Handle day-to-day marketplace portal operations and ensure process compliance

Qualifications

- Graduate in Commerce, Business Administration, Management , or a related field

- 1 to 3 years of experience in e-commerce marketplace operations

- Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central and Flipkart Seller Hub :

- Strong knowledge of order processing, packing, FBA / FBF shipments, inventory management, and returns handling :

- Must be highly proficient in Microsoft Excel , especially:

- VLOOKUP :

- Pivot Tables :

- Good communication, coordination, and organizational skills

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Salary

₹15,000 - ₹18,000 per month
