Designation : Sr. Ecommerce Executive

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day operations of the company website and marketplaces.
- Create and update product listings, descriptions, pricing, inventory and product information across all sales channels.
- Own and maintain product master data, including product descriptions, size charts, pricing, discounts and specifications.
- Cross-verify product information with actual products to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Own product page information and identify discrepancies between actual products and online product pages; ensure timely corrections and updates.
- Monitor orders, returns, exchanges and cancellations.
- Analyze marketplace return reasons and share actionable feedback with the production team to improve product quality and reduce returns.
- Coordinate with warehouse and store teams for inventory accuracy and order fulfillment.
- Ensure stock synchronization between stores, website and marketplaces.
- Create and maintain marketplace-wise MIS reports to identify top-selling products and communicate insights to the production team for inventory planning.
- Manage promotions, offers,



coupons and sale events on the website and marketplaces.
- Coordinate with marketplace marketing agencies to drive sales, monitor returns and execute promotional activities.
- Track marketplace performance and resolve listing, catalog or operational issues.
- Monitor customer reviews, ratings and marketplace performance metrics.
- Coordinate with marketing and creative teams for banners, campaigns and product launches.
- Ensure smooth execution of current collection launches across all channels.
- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly sales and performance reports.

Experience & Skills

- 2-4 years of experience in E-commerce Operations.
- Experience with Shopify and major marketplaces such as Myntra, Ajio, Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa Fashion, etc.
- Strong Excel, MIS and reporting skills.
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong coordination and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and data accuracy.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
