Degree in Safety, Industrial Safety, or equivalent

Certification in NEBOSH / IOSH / ADIS preferred - This is MANDATORY

Knowledge of Factory Act, OSHA, and local safety regulations

Experience

1-5 years of experience in safety role (logistics / warehouse / manufacturing preferred)

Skills & Competencies

Strong knowledge of EHS standards

Good communication and training skills

Ability to identify hazards and implement controls

Proactive and field-oriented mindset

Implement and monitor safety policies, procedures, and SOPs at site

Conduct daily safety inspections of warehouse, yard, and transportation activities

Ensure compliance with statutory safety norms and company safety standards

Conduct toolbox talks, safety inductions, and awareness programs for employees, drivers, and contractors

Investigate accidents, near misses,



and unsafe acts; prepare reports and corrective actions

Ensure proper use of PPE and enforce safety discipline

Coordinate mock drills, emergency preparedness, and fire safety activities

Maintain safety records, incident logs, and statutory documentation

Support audits (internal / external) and close audit observations

Liaise with operations, HR, and management on safety improvements

Additional Skills

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
