Key Responsibilities :

- Coordinate order dispatches and deliveries across e-commerce platforms.
- Follow up with courier partners regarding pickups, deliveries, delays, and RTOs.
- Track Purchase Orders (POs), inward and outward inventory movement, and warehouse transfers.
- Track shipments and resolve logistics-related issues.
- Maintain logistics records and reports using Microsoft Excel.
- Prepare and update dispatch, delivery, and inventory reports.
- Ensure timely execution of logistics processes.

Requirements :

- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Solid communication and calling skills.
- Good follow-up and coordination abilities.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Prior experience in e-commerce logistics will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
